At the heart of Koriko is a simple question:

How do people and systems find flow in times of change?

Over the past decade, I’ve worked with delivery teams, senior leaders, and transformation programmes to explore that question in practice.
Whether through a team-coaching engagement or a one-to-one conversation, my work begins where human patterns meet system patterns — the place where clarity and connection start to return.

Roots of the Practice

1. Leadership by Design

Developing capacity for awareness, coherence, and courage.


Leadership by Design isn’t a programme, it’s a way of practicing leadership as a living system.


I work with individuals and leadership cohorts to strengthen self-awareness, relational agility, and sensemaking under pressure.


Together, we map the field of influence: what’s within, around, and beyond your control — and design practices that sustain integrity in complexity.

2. Systemic Team Coaching

Helping teams see themselves as living systems, not just structures.


Every team holds patterns, spoken and unspoken that shape how they collaborate, decide, and deliver.


In this work, we surface what’s beneath the surface: the stories, loyalties, and dynamics that influence performance.


Using systemic constellations, dialogue, and adaptive reflection, teams begin to see the whole system, not just their part in it.


Outcome: increased trust, coherence, and collective responsibility.

3. Change and Transitions Facilitation

Supporting organisations to navigate identity-level change.


When systems shift  through restructure, renewal, or cultural transformation — it’s rarely just operational.


Change touches belonging, purpose, and power.


I help leadership teams hold these thresholds consciously, co-designing the rituals, structures, and conversations that allow genuine transition to happen.


Outcome: restored flow, clear direction, and more human systems of work.
